SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of livestock trailers to bio security standards, and maintain the property grounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be capable of regular and predictable attendance
o Able to work overtime as needed
o Able to work holidays as needed - Drive and back livestock trailers in and out of wash bay
- Shovel and scrape our debris from trailers
- Power wash, disinfect and dry livestock trailers
- Understand and follow bio-security processes and procedures
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Remove snow
- Cut/trim grass & weed control
- Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid driver’s license to be covered under company insurance
- Able to operate general farm equipment such as:
o Tractor
o Lawn Mower/trimmer
o Pressure Washer - Eye for detail to ensure bio security measures
- Able to work in smaller spaces (within livestock trailers)
